AOG support

AOG requests are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — weekends and public holidays included. Send us the part number and the aircraft type. We work the request around the clock across our approved source network and come back with options — not a ticket number.

1

Send the part number

Part number, aircraft type and quantity. One line per part number. WhatsApp or phone is fastest, email works too.

2

We confirm options

Availability, approval status, condition, price, routing and the release document that will accompany the shipment.

3

Dispatch with documents

The part ships with its airworthiness release certificate and traceability documentation attached.

Send it with these five details

The faster the request is complete, the faster we can quote a realistic option.

  • Part number(s) and quantity
  • Aircraft type and registration (if relevant)
  • Certificate the receiving organisation requires
  • Delivery airport or city
  • Whether an alternate part number is acceptable

If a detail is missing, send what you have — we will ask for the rest rather than wait.

AOG request

This form is monitored around the clock.

Paste as many as you need — one per line.

Format YYYY-MM-DD, e.g. 2026-10-15. Leave blank if flexible.

We reply by email. Documents and pricing are confirmed in writing before dispatch.

What we can and cannot promise

What we promise: an AOG request is read and triaged on receipt, at any hour of any day — 24/7, weekends and public holidays included. We work the request across our approved source network and come back with the options that actually exist.

What we do not promise: we source from a network of approved manufacturers and distributors, so for most part numbers there is more than one possible answer. Availability, condition and price are confirmed per request — we do not publish blanket stock guarantees, and nothing on this website is a stock or dispatch commitment.

Every shipment is released with the airworthiness documentation applicable to the part. Installability remains governed by the operator's approved maintenance programme and national regulations.
