MRO services

Maintenance, repair and overhaul for wheel and brake units — the scope stated openly, with the capability level and a realistic turn time for each component and aircraft series. No capability is implied that is not listed on this page.

What the scope covers

Overhaul and repair

Brake assemblies and wheel assemblies returned to serviceable condition, with the release documentation applicable to the work performed.

Testing

Functional and proof testing of units, including where a unit needs to be interfaced with existing test equipment.

Exchange

Serviceable exchange units where a turnaround is required faster than a repair allows, subject to pool availability.

Sub-contracted work

Where a task sits outside a listed capability it is performed by a partner under that partner's own approval — and identified as such, not presented as in-house.

Capability levels: Full — performed in-house; Limited — restricted scope or part number coverage; Sub-contracted — performed by a partner facility under its own approval. Turn times are indicative and confirmed per unit.

How a service request works

  1. Identify the unit. Part number, serial number, aircraft type and a description of the defect.
  2. Scope and quote. We confirm whether the work sits within a listed capability or needs a different route.
  3. Release. The unit returns with the release documentation applicable to the work performed.

What we will not claim

We do not publish approval numbers we do not hold, and we do not describe a capability that is performed by a partner as if it were performed in-house. Where a job falls outside a listed capability, we say so before quoting.

Discuss a unit

Describe the unit, the damage or the approval you are seeking. We will tell you which route applies and what is needed before any work starts.
