Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the quotation. This page sets out the general framework.

General framework

Terms are agreed per order, taking account of the value of the order, the source of the parts and the delivery routing. The applicable terms are stated in writing in the quotation, and the quotation governs.

Currency and method

Orders are generally transacted in US dollars. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with the quotation, and bank details are issued only through documented channels.

Protecting against payment fraud

Attempted payment diversion is a known risk in aviation parts supply. We do not change bank details by email alone. If you receive a notification of changed bank details, verify it by telephone with a number you already hold before acting on it.

Cancellation and returns

Because parts are frequently procured specifically for an order, cancellation and return conditions vary by part number and source. The conditions applicable to your order are stated in the quotation and in our terms of sale.
