Selection criteria

A source is assessed on the approvals it holds, the manufacturing or distribution capability it actually operates, its traceability documentation, and its delivery performance.

• Held approvals, verified against the issuing authority
• Scope of those approvals against the part numbers concerned
• Traceability documentation available for each shipment
• Delivery and response performance

Ongoing management

Sources are re-assessed on a defined cycle and after any significant change, including a change of manufacturing location, a change of ownership, or a delivery failure on a critical part number.

Becoming a supplier

Manufacturers and distributors interested in joining the network should send their approval details, product scope and capability overview. Enquiries are reviewed against the current product coverage.

Manufacturers covered by our parts

Most of the part numbers we list are PMA replacement parts for items originally made by an established manufacturer. The table below shows the manufacturer coverage in the listing, counted from the part numbers themselves — 27,379 of29,468 indexed entries carry a manufacturer reference.

These are the manufacturers of the original parts we offer against. We are not an authorised distributor of any of them, and listing a manufacturer here does not imply agency, endorsement or any commercial relationship with it. Where a part is offered against a specific manufacturer, the applicable approval and release documentation are stated on the quotation.

Counts are part numbers in the AeromatMall listing, not stock quantities. A part number can be supplied by more than one approved manufacturer, and the source offered on quotation depends on approval status, lead time and shipping route. Browse the full part number listing.
